Simply begin. This was my self-talk to get myself started on this blog. It is also something I’ve used in every area  of my life when I’m having trouble jumping in because of anxiousness, uncertainty or general malaise. I’ve applied it to faith practices, emptying the dishwasher, writing projects, saddling horses, and many more circumstances. I do believe it is God’s message to us in discovering God’s love.

Thank you for giving me a bit of your time. My name is Katie Sciba. For the love of writing that is deep within my soul, I began this blog very haphazardly. I am a mom of four daughters, a writer, a pastor’s wife, a minister. My theme will vary, but be centered around a simple existence, a humble faith, life’s journey and stages and my children. This is a place I come to write steadily and reflectively. Perhaps this blog will inspire you to jump into some new moment, talent, or challenge in your own life. Please share your thoughts with me if you are inclined. I can be reached at alwayssimplybeginatattdotnet.

Blessings on us all as we simply begin,

I didn’t know you started a blog. Thanks for sharing your heart, I sure miss you friend. I’d love to reconnect. I think I read it all in one sitting, so moving, so fresh, so honest and so respectful. Blessings!
